Print Queue
Hello
I am in trouble with my N4100+... There are files in the print queue but i cannot kill them. My printer is shown as on pause and access is refused from any PC... Moreover when I log on to the system on the web page, when I ask to purge, no document appears.....but there are still in the queue on the PCs!
Please help!

Raid array rebuilds every time the system is restarted
I had this problem and it turned out the the firmware was twitchy with my Seagate drives. I contacted Technical Support on the official site and they emailed me a firmware update. The system has worked fine ever since. They were pretty quick to reply too, which was nice for a change (compared to other companies).
